Membership Refunds: Annual Memberships: If you cancel your annual membership within 30 days of purchase, we offer a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual memberships. Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. However, refunds are not available for partial months. 2. Event and Tournament Fees: Event Cancellations: If an event or tournament is canceled by BlazeCore GameHub, you will receive a full refund of the entry fee. Participant Cancellations: If you cancel your participation more than 48 hours before the event, a refund of 50% of the entry fee will be issued. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. 3. Game Rentals and Station Bookings: Advance Cancellations: If you cancel a booking for a game station or VR setup at least 24 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking will not be refunded. 4. Digital Game Purchases: Digital purchases, including in-game content, downloadable games, and virtual goods, are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
