Refund Policy

At BlazeCore GameHub, we strive to provide the best gaming experience for all of our members and visitors. However, if you are not satisfied with our services or have a legitimate reason to request a refund, we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure clarity and fairness. 1. Membership Refunds: Annual Memberships: If you cancel your annual membership within 30 days of purchase, we offer a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual memberships. Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. However, refunds are not available for partial months. 2. Event and Tournament Fees: Event Cancellations: If an event or tournament is canceled by BlazeCore GameHub, you will receive a full refund of the entry fee. Participant Cancellations: If you cancel your participation more than 48 hours before the event, a refund of 50% of the entry fee will be issued. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. 3. Game Rentals and Station Bookings: Advance Cancellations: If you cancel a booking for a game station or VR setup at least 24 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking will not be refunded. 4. Digital Game Purchases: Digital purchases, including in-game content, downloadable games, and virtual goods, are non-refundable once the transaction is complete. Please review your purchase carefully before completing any transaction.
