DMCA Notice and Copyright Policy

DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Process Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content in question as per copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may share the details of the takedown notice, including the complainant’s contact information, with the alleged infringer. If your content was removed in error, you have the option to submit a counter-notice which must include: A description of the content removed and its previous location. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email. A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting that you believe the removal was an error. A declaration consenting to legal proceedings and agreeing to accept legal documents. Your signature (either physical or electronic). Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, the content may be restored unless the original complainant takes legal action.
